Shipping Policy
Tillys provides free economy shipping (five to eight business days) on orders over $49. Orders under $49 cost a flat rate of $5.95.
In addition to economy shipping, Tillys offers the following faster shipping options: FedExGround (three to seven business days), FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight. The cost of these expedited shipping options increases based on the order amount.
Return Policy
Tillys accepts returns of eligible, full-priced items made within 60 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unworn in their original packaging with tags attached. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
Tillys offers both physical, plastic gift cards and digital e-gift cards. Gift cards can be customized with designs, and are available between $1 and $500.
Tillys offers FedEx SmartPost (five to eight business days) and Ground (three to five business days) shipping on gift cards. Tillys delivers e-gift cards via email within 24 hours.

App
The Tilly app lets you shop the Tillys selection and get alerts on the latest products and sales. In addition, the app lets you track and redeem your Tillys Rewards Points. Using the app, you can even scan the barcode of an item when shopping in-store to find your size and place an order.
Email Sign-Up Discount
Tillys offers a 20% discount on one item when you signup for their emails. To signup, scroll to the bottom of the website and enter your email address in the field beneath “Sign up for Email”.
Curbside and Store Pickup
Tillys offers in-store and curbside pickup at select stores. In order to place an order for pickup, select the “Pick Up Here” option on the product page or in your cart. You’ll get an email confirmation when your order is ready with instructions on how to pick it up.
